James has yet to win any major (or even minor) photographic awards. This is only because he has yet to enter any, obviously.

His first real camera was a Voigtlander Vito BL (though he isn’t that old) an upgrade from a plastic fantastic 126 camera with rotating flash cubes (he is that old). This upgrade didn’t improve his photography.

Over the years GAS led him to acquire nicer cameras and, in spite of this, his photography did improve.

He lives in Somerset with a gorgeous wife and two wonderful dogs.
